I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, enter your email, then tap Forgot password?. We'll email you a link
from noreply@lxvii.io. Open it on the iPhone where CartPilot is installed; the link works for
15 minutes. If you signed up with Sign in with Apple, use that button instead.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile › Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and your
data. You can also email us and we'll do it for you.
Why is a price different in the store?
CartPilot shows prices that stores list online for your ZIP code. Prices and stock can vary between
stores of the same chain, so the shelf price may differ.
What are the daily limits?
Some features, such as Chef AI and price comparisons, have a free daily limit. See how much you've
used and when it resets in Profile › Usage.
How do I turn off AI features?
Turn off Allow AI features in Profile › Privacy Policy.
